All applicants are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during the application process. Any false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in the application being rejected, the driver being permanently blocked from the VacaPals platform, or further action where necessary.

To be considered, drivers must have a clean police record, valid driver’s licence, properly licensed and roadworthy vehicle, valid insurance, and any other permits, approvals, or documentation required to legally provide transportation services in Jamaica. VacaPals reserves the right to request, verify, and review all documents before approval.

Drivers must also agree to maintain professional conduct, follow all road safety laws, treat guests respectfully, and operate in a manner that protects the safety, comfort, and trust of all VacaPals customers.

VacaPals reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any driver from the platform at its sole discretion if the driver fails to meet our standards, provides false information, violates platform rules, or no longer meets legal or compliance requirements.
