To ensure you have the best experience climbing the world-famous falls, please come prepared with water shoes, which are mandatory for safety and grip on the slippery limestone rocks. You should wear swimwear (ideally under lightweight, quick-dry clothing) and bring a towel and a change of dry clothes for the journey home. To protect your belongings, we highly recommend a waterproof phone pouch or dry bag, as you will get soaked during the ascent. Finally, remember to bring sunscreen and small denominations of cash for locker rentals, souvenirs at the craft market, and tipping your guides. For your safety, please leave heavy jewelry and expensive valuables behind, as they can easily be lost in the rushing water.
By booking this tour, you agree to our standard policies regarding punctuality and transportation. Guests are required to be at their designated pickup location the hotel lobby, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please be aware that our drivers observe a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time. If you are not present within this window, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable, as transportation and guide resources have already been allocated to your party.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners. To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as "No-Shows," are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that travel can be unpredictable; if we must cancel the tour due to extreme weather or park closures, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
