Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as the tour may include walking and steps around the property. Bring a camera or phone for photos, along with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for the daytime journey.
You may also want to bring cash or card for souvenirs, food, drinks, tips, or optional purchases along the way. Since the drive to Nine Mile can include winding country roads, guests who are sensitive to long drives should prepare accordingly.
By booking this tour, you agree to our standard policies regarding punctuality and transportation. Guests are required to be at their designated pickup location the hotel lobby, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please be aware that our drivers observe a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time. If you are not present within this window, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable, as transportation and guide resources have already been allocated to your party.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners. To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as "No-Shows," are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that travel can be unpredictable; if we must cancel the tour due to extreme weather or park closures, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
