Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes, as the tour may include outdoor areas and walking through sections of the property. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and insect repellent to stay comfortable during the day.
Guests who plan to participate in the rum tasting should bring a valid ID, as alcohol tasting is only available for guests 18 and older. You may also want to bring cash or card for souvenirs, rum purchases, food, drinks, tips, or optional photos.
By booking this tour, you agree to our standard policies regarding punctuality and transportation. Guests are required to be at their designated pickup location the hotel lobby, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please be aware that our drivers observe a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time. If you are not present within this window, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable, as transportation and guide resources have already been allocated to your party.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners. To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as "No-Shows," are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that travel can be unpredictable; if we must cancel the tour due to extreme weather or park closures, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
