Experience one of Jamaica’s most unique natural attractions on a nighttime boat ride across the famous Luminous Lagoon in Falmouth. As the boat moves through the dark water, tiny bioluminescent organisms light up around the wake, creating a glowing blue effect that makes the lagoon feel almost magical.
Your guide will take you across the lagoon and explain the natural phenomenon behind the glowing water. Guests may also have the opportunity to swim and watch the water light up around them as they move. This tour is perfect for couples, families, and travelers looking for a peaceful evening experience that feels different from the usual beach or resort activity.
Bring a swimsuit if you plan to swim, along with a towel and a change of dry clothes for after the boat ride. Water shoes or rubber-soled shoes are recommended, especially for comfort around the dock and boat area.
You may also want to bring insect repellent, a waterproof phone pouch, and cash or card for tips, drinks, photos, or small purchases. Since the tour takes place at night, wear comfortable clothing and avoid relying on flash photography, as it may not capture the glow properly.
By booking this tour, you agree to our standard policies regarding punctuality and transportation. Guests are required to be at their designated pickup location the hotel lobby, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please be aware that our drivers observe a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time. If you are not present within this window, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable, as transportation and guide resources have already been allocated to your party.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners. To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as "No-Shows," are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that travel can be unpredictable; if we must cancel the tour due to extreme weather or park closures, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
