To ensure you have the best experience on your Lethe Bamboo Rafting tour, please come prepared with comfortable clothing suitable for a relaxing outdoor river activity. We recommend wearing sandals or water-friendly shoes, as your feet may get wet while boarding or during the limestone foot massage. You should also bring a towel, sunscreen, and a waterproof phone pouch or dry bag to protect your belongings while on the raft.
Guests are encouraged to bring small denominations of cash for optional extras, tips for your raft captain, refreshments, souvenirs, or the limestone massage if it is not included in your package. Since this is a scenic and photo-friendly experience, make sure your phone or camera is charged before arrival. For your comfort and safety, avoid bringing heavy bags, expensive jewelry, or valuables that could be lost or damaged near the water.
By booking this tour, you agree to our standard policies regarding punctuality and transportation. Guests are required to be at their designated pickup location the hotel lobby, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please be aware that our drivers observe a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time. If you are not present within this window, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable, as transportation and guide resources have already been allocated to your party.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners. To receive a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as "No-Shows," are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that travel can be unpredictable; if we must cancel the tour due to extreme weather or park closures, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. All refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
